COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques UNI1204LV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Controlair products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cwt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Culter-hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Controlair such as the R431009223 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A3A0149 manufactured by Cwt and we are pleased to be able to service most Cwt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CE15SN3 by Manufacturer Culter-hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Custom-Servo-Motors Brand MPA06SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by D-V-Electronics such as 5100011 equipment made by D-V-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire D-V-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "D-V-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 713B4A12A3 made by Ctc as well as the popular 34740 original spares produced by C-plath Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P30B08010DBPD2 by Daihen and 5100011 spares by D-V-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 92075601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
